All repair calls are billed hourly up to $500. Upon inspection, if the repair is deemed to exceed $500, a job quote will be offered prior to starting any work.

Repair Policy
EcoBest's standard repair policy does not give estimates on repairs on anything we believe may be under $500. (Minor repair)
We base our normal repair policy charges on “TIME & MATERIALS”. There is a MINIMUM SERVICE CALL CHARGE of $200 for the first hour and $100 per hour for each hour after, not to exceed $500. Rates cover 1 and 2-man crews and minor materials.
NOTE: Emergency service calls on weeknights; weekends and holidays are $300 for the first hour and $150 for each hour after, not to exceed $1,000. Rates cover 1 and 2-man crews and minor materials. Payment is mandatory at the time of service, by check or can be charged to the credit card securing the repair.
(Rainy Days) If the repair is too extensive to remain under $500, the roofing repair person will tarp the leak area and/or make a temporary repair at the minimum charge, if water damage is occurring, until a permanent repair is approved at a quoted price.
(Dry Days) If the roofing repair is too extensive to remain under $500, the repair person will provide a free estimate to be approved before starting any work. All repairs where charges would be less than $500 will begin
immediately and services will be charged.
EcoBest will not guarantee repairs on projects not originally installed by EcoBest. This is due to many factors, which may contribute to the source of the leak. If the “FIX” does not solve the problem, a repair person will return to reassess the problem. If we missed an obvious problem, there will be no additional charges. If the leak is not obvious, additional charges will be billed, as a continuation of the original repair, at $95/hr.
All repairs are secured with a major credit card.

Once a work order is created, a representative will call the day before or day of the repair, depending on workload, to schedule the repair. This is a one-on-one communication with the actual manager assigned to conduct the repair.
