Yes, if the existing substructure can be preserved, refacing an old deck can often be a more economical choice than starting over. Refacing deteriorated decks with composites or new wood products will give your deck new life.
Yes. We will make sure the project goes the way that you want it. If there are any problems with it, we will fix them to your satisfaction. In addition to any manufacturer’s product warranties, we offer a ten year warranty on our installations.

Yes, where required by local code. We will be glad to pull the necessary permits, where applicable.

Our specialty is designing and building decks, but we also construct custom railings, screened porches, sunrooms, gazebos, pergolas, arbors, privacy fences or screens, docks, pool & spa decks, walkways, ramps (including wheelchair and handicap ramps), pavers and other outdoor structures. We specialize in innovative outdoor creations.
We don’t limit our material choices to any one type. We use treated wood, cedar, redwood, tropical hardwoods, low-maintenance composites and PVC, depending on your functional, aesthetic and budgetary needs and desires.
