Outdoor Decks FAQ

Are there limits on the number of deck designs from which to choose?

No! Our projects are 100% custom designed and built, reflecting on your functional, aesthetic and budgetary needs and desires.

Can I reface my older deck with new material, while keeping the existing substructure?

Yes, if the existing substructure can be preserved, refacing an old deck can often be a more economical choice than starting over. Refacing deteriorated decks with composites or new wood products will give your deck new life.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We will make sure the project goes the way that you want it. If there are any problems with it, we will fix them to your satisfaction. In addition to any manufacturer’s product warranties, we offer a ten year warranty on our installations.

How much experience does your team have in the deck business?

We have been building decks since 1980, and are nowconsidered experts in working with composite decking materials.  Our company has achieved the highest honor from Timbertech as Elite Contractors.  Can’t ask for much more.

Is it necessary to get a building permit?
