All of our custom carpentry projects are backed with 10 year labor warranties so you never have to worry if that one screw that is backing out of a deck board is covered, just give us a call!
Gutters - One of the most overlooked parts of your home's exterior protection. Your gutters collect the water that gathers on your roof during a rain storm (which we are priveleged to a lot of here in the Northwest) and redirects it to the storm drain. The job of the gutter is to keep water from backing up into your roofing sheathing (your plywood) and your rafter tails (the 2X6's that extend out your eaves). When gutters fill up with leaves and pine needles (or your neighbors baseball), they cause the water to build up and eat away/rot your sheathing and framing. To repair this kind of damage requires tearing a section of your roof off, replacing the sheathing and framing and reinstalling new roofing. The complications arise when your OLD roof gets pulled apart, it never gets installed back to where it was originally. Our gutters have a built in guard that prevents them from filling up and backing over. They come in many color options and have LIFETIME warranties. They are also manufactured in a GREEN facility, which means you are doing your part by supporting their production. Think GREEN!
